
Google has laid down some parameters when it comes to writing your meta title & meta description. While the meta title cannot exceed 50 to 60 characters & not more than 571 pixels and less than 200 pixels, the meta description length can range from 120 to 160 characters and 430 to 923 in pixels.
Your title & description must be unique & be relevant to the content submitted by you & must align with the keywords provided in the content. A unique meta tag gets quick audience attention & it makes them click the content, go-through it & share it with their peers. This in-turn helps in getting the page indexed faster in Google.
